What is your instore order returns policy?
Glassons aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however, if you have purchased an item from Glassons and believe it to be faulty, the below conditions do not apply. Faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded. If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items in your in-store purchase, you can return them by taking them into one of their stores within 30 days of purchase with your in-store receipt as proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags. Glassons can either give you a full refund on the item(s) or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. Glassons will refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that the above conditions have not been met.

Faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded. They understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you’ve never felt the product or tried it on.
That’s why they have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund or exchange for any products that you’re not happy with. Purchases from Australia & New Zealand have 30 days to return items with proof of purchase. Purchases from all other countries have 31 days to return items with proof of purchase. Returned items must meet the same conditions in-store returns meet.
I have received a faulty item?
Glassons aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however, if you have purchased an item from Glassons and believe it to be faulty please get in touch with them at help@glassons.com. Faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded.
Are returns free?
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Glassons. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded. Glassons recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. Glassons is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked. Any exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for free.
I have received an incorrect item?
Glassons are so sorry if you have received an incorrect item in your order, let them know straight away by contacting their Customer Care team on webadmin@glassons.com. Glassons aim to reply to you within 48hrs.
Will my refund include shipping charges?
No sorry, postage charges on returns are not refundable. You can return your order to a store for free!
